Same Day Shipping (on most orders placed before 2pm MST time, Except DVRs & kits)
Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 1 business day (3 days for DVRs), we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation.
We ship orders via UPS. All items are shipped FULLY INSURED. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule. Although every effort is taken to make these calculations as accurate as possible, the shipping amount calculate at checkout is only an estimate. This amount may be reduced or increased after real package is weighted and measured. You will be notified is the real charge is to exceed estimate by $10 or more. In this case you would have an option of canceling the order.
In certain cases, SMARTWATCHPRO reserves the right to substitute UPS with USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or FedEx.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING POLICY
We will ONLY ship to an address listed with your credit card company.
Shipping To A Different Address
We ask that all customers shipping to another address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the "Alternate Shipping Address". This is becoming an industry standard and your credit card company will gladly assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an "Alternate Shipping Address".
If your order is placed and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will be placed on HOLD pending your reply. If we do not hear from you within 96 hours, we must reject or cancel your order.
Refunds
We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return (ship) your purchase within 3 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling). All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us promptly, and insures the product against any damage which may result outside of your control. The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging. Orders returned (shipped) after 3 days must have an authorization and are subject to a restocking charge (up to 25%)

All purchases have a One year Limited Warranty is always included. You have several options of extended warranties by contacting us at 877-235-3733: two year & three year extended warranties.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within UT will be charged 6.6% sales tax.
Attention Utah Security Dealers:
You do NOT have to pay the sales tax if you're buying from us with purpose of resale. In order to avoid been charged the tax you should: (1) Fax us Utah Resale Certificate Form (we should receive this form either prior placing the order or within 2 hours of placing it - in this case this charge will not be added to your total; within reasonable time after placing the order - in this case your sales tax will be refunded within 2 business days after receiving the form)
Legal Status of Products:
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Smartwatchpro) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
Smartwatchpro assumes no liability for packages left at the door. It is highly recommended that the shipping address provided have an adult to sign for the package.
Delivery of merchandise by UPS will take approximately 7-10 business days shipping date (weekends not included) Shipments designated Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day will have priority and will arrive consecutively starting the day after date of shipment.
